Routing & Navigation Disclaimer

Important Disclaimer

Load Navigator provides routing assistance for informational purposes only. Routes, waypoints, and permit data generated by the app including data extracted from scanned documents are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or legally compliant.

You remain solely responsible for:

  • Verifying all routes against your original permit documents before travel
  • Ensuring full compliance with state, provincial, and federal laws regarding load height, weight, width, and length
  • Confirming permit validity, route restrictions, curfews, and escort requirements with the issuing authority
  • All safe driving and operational decisions made during a trip

Load Navigator shall not be liable for fines, penalties, route violations, accidents, property damage, or bodily injury arising from reliance on routes or data provided by the app.

4

AI & Document Scanning Disclaimer

The app uses optical character recognition (OCR) and artificial intelligence to extract data from uploaded permit documents. This process may produce errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. Extracted data is provided as a starting point only. You must verify all AI-extracted data against your original source document before using it for navigation or compliance purposes. Load Navigator accepts no liability for losses arising from errors in extracted permit data. Document images and extracted text are processed by Google Cloud Vision and OpenAI. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5

Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and maintain the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account. Fleet owners are responsible for all charges and actions taken by employees linked to their account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6

Subscriptions & Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Load Navigator does not store your full card details. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

  • Individual accounts include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue using premium features
  • Fleet accounts are charged per team member seat
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
  • All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice
  • Accounts with failed payments may be suspended immediately
  • Removing an employee from a fleet does not entitle the fleet owner to a refund for the current billing period
7

Uploaded Documents

By uploading a document to Load Navigator you confirm that you have the legal right to upload and process it, and that it does not contain confidential third-party information you are not authorized to share. You grant Load Navigator a limited license to process your uploaded documents solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your documents to train AI models or share them with third parties beyond what is required for OCR and AI extraction as described in our Privacy Policy.
