By accessing or using Load Navigator's mobile application and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Description of Service

Load Navigator provides a specialized navigation and operations platform for the Overweight & Oversized trucking industry in North America, including trip sheet digitization, route mapping, document management, expense tracking, and a pilot car directory. All operational features are delivered through the mobile app.

Account and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and maintain the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. Use of the service for commercial OS/OW operations may require that you hold appropriate licenses and permits.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Load Navigator only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the service in any way that could harm Load Navigator or third parties.

Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed in the app. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Subscriptions may be cancelled in accordance with the app's subscription management and applicable platform (e.g., App Store, Google Play) policies.

Changes and Termination

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or for other reasons as we deem necessary.
