How to Delete
Done inside the app
Account deletion is handled inside the Load Navigator mobile app. If you don't see the option, contact support and we'll guide you through the process.

Open the Load Navigator mobile app

Go to Profile

Select Delete Account

Follow the in-app confirmation steps
Available on iOS and Android. Open the app, navigate to your Profile to find the Delete Account option.
What happens when you delete your account
When you delete your account, we will remove your profile, contact information, and account credentials from our systems. Trip data, documents, and other content associated with your account will be deleted in accordance with our data retention practices, except where we are required to retain information for legal or regulatory purposes.
Subscription and billing
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through your app before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
